Pending reservations on WooDoo

"Deferred" or "pending" reservations are requests for availability. They are not confirmed or guaranteed reservations. Availability will be complied so that, if you decide to accept the reservation, the room will be available.

This kind of reservations requires one of the following actions:

1. Confirm or reject the reservation manually: You can act from the reservation detail. The customer is automatically informed by email. In case of refusal the availability is automatically released. Attention! In case of manual confirmation, the reservation will still have no credit card as a guarantee.

2. Request credit card at a later time: If you want the credit card to guarantee the reservation you do not have to accept the reservation manually. You have to send an email to your customer with a link to insert his/her credit card data. The link is available in the reservation details page and it allows the customer to open a page where he can enter his cc data. Once inserted, the reservation will automatically switch to "confirmed" status.


3. Request another guarantee before confirming manually: If you do not have a POS to receive cc payments, you can request a payment by bank transfer or postal order. Once the payment has been verified you can confirm the reservation manually.

4. Confirmation or automatic refusal: WuBook allows you to automatize the refusal and confirmation of deferred reservations, after a certain number of hours after their entry. You can do it from the reservation configuration page.
