It may happen that a customer interested in your property contacts you directly (by phone or email). In this case WuBook allows you to send a quote by email that the customer. The customer can refuse or accept your quote.

If you are using ZaK, you should make your quote directly from ZaK.

1) First of all, make sure you have the Link Credit Cards parameter active in your booking preferences. In this way, the customer, through the email he will receive, will be able to confirm the reservation independently and to insert his credit card details as a guarantee.

2) A reservation must be created in "waiting for approval" status. In this way the availability will be busy but the reservation is not automatically confirmed. The customer may decide to confirm as in point 1)
A deferred booking is thus created and you can decide whether or not to send the email to the customer.

If the customer does not confirm the reservation within a few days, you can cancel the quote by rejecting the deferred reservation and reopening the availability. You can also configure "Automatically Accept or refuse" for reservations waiting for approval, so that if the customer does not confirm with their CC within a certain number of hours after the quote has been issued, it will be automatically cancelled.
