This section allows you to customize the entry of feedback from customers about their stay.

In the CONFIGURATION subsection, you can enable automatic feedback approval and receive email notifications:

Let's go over the various options together. You can activate just one or even more than one at the same time.
1. Send me an email when the user submits new feedback
By enabling this option, you will receive an email every time a customer leaves feedback. Whether it is enabled or disabled, you will still find a notification in the Dashboard, in the To Monitor section.
2. Automatic approval
By enabling this option, you can choose the number of days after which ZaK will automatically approve feedback, unless you approve/reject it manually before the period set here:
You can view a report of all your feedback and approve/reject it in the Reports>Feedback menu. You can find more information in the documentation below:

Please note that even if you do not enable any of the above sections, the Online Check-in page will still include a section where guests can leave feedback after their stay, as shown in point 3 (the questions they will be asked are those enabled in the QUESTIONS section, explained below).
Finally, on the Feedback configuration page, you will find the QUESTIONS subsection, where you can specifically choose all the parameters by which guests will evaluate you. These cannot be modified, but you can activate/deactivate them as you wish:
If you use the ZaK Booking Engine, all approved feedback will be displayed at the top right, as in the following example:

Importing Feedback from WooDoo
If you were using WooDoo's Booking Engine and have now switched to ZaK, don't worry: your existing feedback won't be lost! You can import it into ZaK via the IMPORT FROM WOODOO section. Here, you simply click the button and wait a few minutes. Your feedback will be imported automatically, no further action is required.
