Connecting BeSafe Rate to ZaK is very simple, it only takes a few simple steps that we explain in this article.

NOTE: To connect BeSafe Rate to ZaK, you must be using the ZaK Booking Engine!

1. It is necessary to create in ZaK a rate having the same cancellation policy that you defined in Be Safe.

So first of all, in ZaK you must create the cancellation policy that you will need. You can choose a predefined one or enter a custom text (by choosing "custom" type):

2. Once created the cancellation policy, you are ready to create the rate for Be Safe, in the section below. Click on the +, choose the name, the board and the policy you have just created.

3. Once created the rate, you can choose to set an automatic price derivation by clicking on the + next to "Rates Derivations". For example, a -10% from the "Standard" rate:

If instead you don't wish to create an automatic derivation, you can set the prices for the new rate via Sytar.
