1. Ghosts
Sometimes it can happen that some OTA reservation is not integrated correctly in ZaK for several reasons. For example due to technical problems of the OTA, which then does not send the reservation to the Channel Manager.
In this case, only for Booking and Airbnb, it is possible to force the download manually. Just choose the channel concerned and enter the OTA reservation code:
2. Channels Book
Use this section if you need to check the operations performed by the system during the integration of a specific reservation. Therefore, this tool should only be used when necessary, e.g. in the rare case where a reservation has been integrated incorrectly.
Operations for the current month only will be shown. Simply choose the concerned channel and enter the OTA reservation code:
3. Notifications
Finally, here you will find all Channel Manager notifications about errors or problems with your channels.
