ZaK - Creation of promotions for Airbnb

    This section allows you to create all the promotions you want for Airbnb. So, it is no longer necessary to log in to Airbnb to create your offers, you can do it directly from Zak!

    First, you need to log in to Zak and click on the Airbnb channel from the following section:

    Within the Airbnb channel, you'll find the SEASON RULES section, where you can view existing offers or create new offers for the dates and products you want. They will be displayed exclusively on Airbnb!




    To create a new rule, click on the "NEW RULE" button. You'll be able to give it a name and a color, and set all the requested parameters (prices and restrictions):



    Specifically, in the "Prices" section you can choose which type of offer you want to create.

    You have 4 options:


    • Daily variations: if you wish to create an offer that is valid for a certain period of time. For example, a 15% discount for those who book for a specific period. So here you need to select the discount and the time frame can be set later.


    • LOS Discount (linked to the length of stay): if you want to create an offer that is valid for those who stay at least X days. For example, a 20% discount for those who stay at least 7 nights. So here you must select the discount and the minimum stay required for the offer to apply.


    • Last Minute Discount: if you would like to create an offer that is only valid for last minute reservations, with little advance notice. For example, a 10% discount for those who book only one day before check-in. So here you need to select the discount and the maximum advance allowed for the offer to apply (in this case 1 day)


    • Early Booker Discount: if you want to create an offer that is only valid for those who book in advance, so it is the opposite of the previous one. For example, a 30% discount for those who book today a stay that will take place in 3 months. So here you must select the discount and the advance required for the offer to apply (up to a maximum of 210 days)


    You can now move to the section below, "Restrictions". Here, if you wish, you can set restrictions for your offer: a min/max stay and the days on which you do not want check-in/out.
    Please note that setting these restrictions is not mandatory.


    The new offer will then appear among the existing rules:


    Rules Timelines


    Here, by clicking on ADD TIMELINES, you can associate a rule to Airbnb products (to all of them or only specific ones). You can also set the rule's validity period:
