Zak - Creation of rooms and rates for Booking.com

    To allow you to manage everything from a single interface, we have introduced the possibility to create rooms and rates directly from the Channel Manager! If, for example, you need to create a new product, you can do it from Zak without having to log in to Booking.

    First, you need to log in to Zak and click on the Booking channel from the following section:

    ↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Sales > Channels


    Here, you can find the CONTENTS section, where you have three possibilities:


    1. Build a new Bcom room:


    By clicking on the arrow, you can directly create from Zak a new room type, specifying all the required parameters. When you create the new room, you can choose only one Rate with which to sell it, then you may associated it with other rates (see point 3).

    Once you created the new room type, click on the REFRESH CHANNEL button, on the top right, and confirm. You will now find the new room type in the PRODUCTS section, in a purple box, ready to be mapped:


    2. Build a new Bcom rate:


    By clicking on the arrow, you can create a new rate, specifying all the required parameters and enabling it for all the rooms you want!


    Once created, click on the REFRESH CHANNEL button, on the top right, and confirm. You will now find the new rate in the PRODUCTS section, multiplied by all the rooms for which you enabled it and ready to be mapped:



    3. Sell a room on another rate:


    By clicking on the arrow, you can sell a room with additional rates. For example, if you are selling a Double room in Standard rate, here you can also enable it for Non-Refundable rate.

    Once this is done, click on the REFRESH CHANNEL button, on the top right, and confirm. You will now find in the PRODUCTS section the room with the rate for which you have enabled it, ready to be mapped:
