ZaK - Sef Report (Portugal)

    Sef report is necessary for Portuguese Police Department. More details on this report below:

    • it includes both check-ins and check-outs

    • it only includes foreign guests, i.e. not Portuguese guests

    • there are 3 days to submit the report

    • each guest is only sent once


    In order to generate reports, you must have subscribed to the PII package and configured the appropriate section:


    Once the plugin is setup, you can start generating reports. Click on the icon   on the top right and then on "Pii":



    First, choose the date for which you want to generate the report and click on REFRESH.


    ZaK will now show you the guests ready for sending and you can click on MAKE in the "Send Area":



    And then on "CHECK STATUS":




    You'll find now the "EXPORT" button to download the report, save it in your computer and upload it manually on Sef:
