When you connect a new portal to WooDoo for the first time, all existing reservations in the portal (done before the activation of the channel) are not downloaded into WuBook (even if these are for future stays).
These reservations may still be canceled or modified by the guest and, the channel manager, in this case, receives the cancellation or modification but does not have the original reservation. These cancellations or changes are indicated by the channel manager as original missing and the automatic update of availability is no done in these cases.
When you receive an original missing (we notify it by email) you need to go to the portal, see what modification was done on that reservation and action manually on Tabla to update your availability accordingly.
