Messages personnalisés

It is often a good idea to inform potential guests of your property about reservation and accommodation conditions. For example: " pets are not allowed", "the tourist tax will be added to the amount of your reservation", "check-in must be done by 7 pm", "in high season we only accept stays of at least 7 nights", etc.

WuBook allows you to define these messages (which will appear in the online reception during the reservation) from the following section:

You can configure 3 different types of messages.


Welcome messages: They are shown only in step 0 of the online reception (when selecting the dates of your stay). Usually they are defined as unimportant messages intended to reassure the customer during the booking process. For example: "Your reservation is direct, with no additional costs. You can count on a contract with us."




Reservation remarks: They are displayed in step 2 of online reception (the confirmation step) and are also printed on the reservation voucher. These messages contain reservation and payment conditions, for example: "The tourist tax is not included and you will pay on arrival only in cash", but also, if desired, the road directions to the property.



No availability messages: They are shown only in step 0 of the online reception if, on the dates of the stay requested by the client, there are no rooms available. You can provide information on booking restrictions. For example: "The minimum stay is 3 nights. From June to August the minimum stay is 7 nights".




These messages have a maximum limit of 140 characters. In order to maximize direct bookings, it is better to write useful and synthetic.
