ZaK App - User Interface and app sections

    We have tried to make the new application interface more intuitive than ever!

    With such a new interface, the ZaK Mobile experience has never been smoother.

    Let's explore it together!


    Once logged into the app, you can see that the app is divided into two parts:

    • The navigation menu at the top;
    • The current section, which, upon opening, is the Home page.


    The top navigation menu allows you to:

    • Access the left sidebar of the settings;
    • View the latest notifications received;
    • Perform a search
    • Select a date to inspect;

    Going in order:

    From the side tab, you can change various settings in the app, particularly those for notifications and language switching.

    In addition, you can open the Online Reception or access the help section.


    From the bell in the upper right corner , you can view all notifications received in the App.


    Using the search bar, reservations can be tracked by guest name or reservation code; You can also search for guests by their name.


    Directly below the search bar, you can select the date to view the summary of reservations on other days.

    Date selection also affects the information displayed in the "Reservations" and "Guests" sections.


    Home Page

    The Home Page of the ZaK app provides an overview of the property's status via the Dashboard, just like its web counterpart.

    From here you can see arrivals, departures, and in-house reservations.


    Clicking on "Events" or scrolling to the right leads to the events section, where the latest reservations received and related updates on them, all discontinued stays, and any Overbookings are shown.


    Finally, via the button available on all main pages of the application, one can either enter a new reservation or create a request for zCrm to be reviewed from the computer at a later time.

    Reservations Section

    In this section you can see a summary of all reservations for the day, whether they are arrivals, departures, or in-house



    When available or specified, a colored marker indicates the business or agency from which the reservation is from.

    Guests Section

    In the same way as the Reservations section, the Guests page has all the guests present in the property at your fingertips, linked to their respective reservations.
