ZaK - Online Reception: Custom Messages

ZaK Online Reception is a very powerful and easy-to-use tool. Unlike OTA, during the whole booking process your customers can read the custom messages you wrote for them. You can set the messages in any language and for each step of the booking process.

1. Welcome messages


This message is displayed in the first booking step, when the guest chooses the accommodation. You can then enter a text to welcome the guest or to tell him basic information about your property:


2. Pre confirm messages


This message is displayed in the last booking step, before filling in your details and before the final confirmation. You can therefore use it to communicate important information to the guest or just to thank him for choosing your property:


3. Voucher messages


This message is displayed in the reservation voucher received by the guest. You can then thank the guest, enter important information, directions or something else:

4. Missing availability messages


This message is displayed in the first reservation step, when the guest selects dates but there is NO availability. You can then use this message to encourage the guest to search for different dates or another occupancy. Or to inform them that your property is temporarily closed and will re-open later:
