As you know each rate has its cancellation policy, but if you want to manage every single policy for your Online Reception rates, you need this tool.
In this section you have an overview of your policies and their validity periods. Each policy is associated with a color, so as not to confuse them and get the full picture of your settings. Here you can assign to each rate its cancellation policy and choose its validity period:

In
the picture above, the Standard rate always has the "Default Policy"
(green) and the Not Refundable rate has the "Not Ref Policy" (purple).
However, if you wish to set a different policy for a specific period to
both rates or just to one, you can do it through this tool. First, you must create the new policy to use, in the menu:

Once
created, on the top you will be able to choose the rate for which to apply
the new policy, the policy to be applied and the dates on which to
apply it. In the following example, I apply the "Partially Refundable"
policy to the "Not Refundable" rate for October only. So the purple line will be interrupted by a pink line in that period:
