ZaK - Online Reception: Extras

The Extras section includes all the extras you created in ZaK (at Products>Extra). On the left side you can decide which extras to enable/disable for the sale in your site. On the right side, after clicking on the extra name, you can set the following parameters:

  • validity period
  • level on which to apply it (room or reservation)
  • products for which to sell it (you can disable those for which you don't want to sell that extra)
  • daily or not

Application level of extras


In the "Apply extra to" field, you can choose between two kind of levels:
  • Reservation Level: the extra can be booked for the full reservation, regardless of the rooms chosen
  • Room Level: the extra can be booked only if the guest chooses specific rooms (that you can decide below, in the "Available Products" section)


NB: If you created an extra per person at Products>Extra menu, the price and quantity are NOT automatically calculated according to the occupancy during reservation. The guest will see that the extra is per person and will have to choose the total quantity.
Example: there are 2 guests, they stay 3 days and they only want the bike for the first day. They will choose 2 as the quantity.

Photos and descriptions for your extras


For each extra you can also configure images and description and translate them into different languages, so that the guest can see as many details as possible when booking. You can set everything in the following menu, under "Extras":
