The Generic Report is useful for all those countries which ZaK does not offer a specific report. It only includes arrivals (not departures). Besides, inside the plugin it is possible to define further details regarding the file that will be generated.
First of all, you need to obtain the specific plugin in the following section:

Once added, you need to click on it and inside you can choose the following parameters:

each guest has to be included only once or not

the report should only include foreign guests or also domestic ones

the minimum age for which a guest should be included in the report

the report format

Multi Property Configuration
If in ZaK you manage rooms/apartments of more properties registered
separately, you can create different reports. You have to
group the physical rooms that are part of the same property through a room tag.
If, for example, in your ZaK you have the rooms of two properties
(Mountain Hotel and Sea Hotel) you have to create two tags ("mountain"
and "sea") and assign them to the specific rooms.

Inside the Generic Report configuration page, you can then enable the MULTI PROPERTY
button and choose the two tags. You can then configure each tag by
entering the requested data. In this way, both the configuration and the
production of the file will be divided by property.
