ZaK - Reservation tags

This section allows you to customize your reservation tags, which are very useful for analysis and reporting purposes.

The page can be reached via the following link:

↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Settings > Configurations > Reservation tags

On the left, in the "Add reservation tags" section, you can create a new tag by giving it a name and also a description (optional):

Once created your tags, you will find an overview on the right, in the "Your reservations tags" section. Here you can delete a tag via the bin icon. Or you can edit it by clicking on the pencil:

How do I assign tags? Where can I find them once assigned?

1. Reservation detail

Once created the tags, you can assign them to your reservations from the reservation detail. Just click on the pencil near the reservation code:

You'll find now the tag displayed in the reservation detail, in the summary:

2. Reservations search

The tags assigned to your guests can be used to filter the reservations search. For example, if you only want to search for business reservations, click on the FILTERS button and choose the tag "Business":
