If your reservation is guaranteed by Credit Card, ZaK
allows you to easily charge it. Moreover, it allows you to request immediate payment to your guests. In order to do that, it
is necessary to enable the Gateway payment system. So first you need to configure one or more payment gateways in the following section:
Here click on the + at the top right, choose which gateway to configure and enter the required data. This data is to be retrieved directly from the gateway and allows ZaK to identify the profile to which the transfer should be made:
Currently the available gateways are 8: Stripe, PayPal, Nexi, MercadoPago, PayZen, Redsys and the generic gateway ZaK Connect. To enable the service, first you need to have an account with one of them at least.
Once set up a gateway, you can use it to request payments and guarantees directly from your guests. For this purpose, we recommend that you read the following documentation on Guarantee Methods, you will find all the options that ZaK offers:
NOTE: We remind that for the payment guarantee, all the following gateways are supported.
Let's see now Gateways one by one:
1. STRIPE CONNECT
Finally,
we remind that it is necessary to configure Stripe (or Nexi or PayZen)
if you wish to use the guarantee methods "Billing authorization" and
"Freezing money".
2. PAYPAL
3. NEXI
For Nexi, you need to enter your Nexi Secret Key and your Alias. You can find instructions on how to retrieve these data in the Nexi control panel in ZaK:
4. MERCADOPAGO
For MercadoPago, you need to enter your Client ID and your MercadoPago Secret Key. You can find instructions on how to retrieve these data in the MercadoPago control panel in ZaK:
5. REDSYS
For Redsys, you need to enter your Redsys Secret Key, Terminal and Merchant Code. You can find instructions on how to retrieve these data in the Redsys control panel in ZaK:
6. PAYZEN
We also remind that it is necessary to configure PayZen (or Stripe or Nexi) if you wish to use the guarantee methods "Billing authorization" and "Freezing money".
7. ZAK CONNECT (Generic Gateway)
Finally, as a last option, you will also find the "ZaK Connect" gateway. This is a generic gateway, which allows third-party partners to implement their own gateway. Therefore, this option allows ZaK to manage any payment gateway.

information you need should be requested directly to your external
gateway.
