On the ZaK page of the invoice detail, you will find the "CREDIT NOTE" button at the top right:

Every credit note is associated with an invoice. You can select the amount to reverse by choosing the specific invoice costs. Example:

The credit note header is the same as the relevant invoice. Like all other tax documents, credit notes are available in the Payments>Documents section. If you have enabled electronic invoicing, the credit notes will also be provided with the XML file, and you can send them to the SDI.

Can I issue a partial credit note?

It is not possible to issue a partial credit note by manually selecting the amount. The credit note can only be issued for the total amount of the reservation or for individual services (e.g. for a single room).

Why?

Because ZaK, after you have issued a credit note, immediately understands what remains to be invoiced: it understands for which services a document has not yet been issued and it is able to calculate the amounts correctly. If you issue a partial credit note, you lose this important automatism.

This also allows you to have a clearer and, therefore, easier to consult accounting system. Issuing credit notes with customized amounts would lead to the loss of this precision and easy consultation.

Our advice is to issue a total credit note, then correct the amounts in the reservation and then issue the invoice again.
