In ZaK you have the possibility to create tags for your reservations, your customers, your rooms and your extras, and then use them in different sections. Let's see all the possibilities together!
1. Tags for reservations
You can create a new label or assign an existing one directly from the reservation detail.

Click on the pencil on the left side of the page:
Then you'll be able to add a tag for the reservation by clicking on "Add tag":
The tags that you assign to the stay, can be used as a filter for the research of reservations. In this way ZaK will show you only reservations containing that tag. You can proceed from the following section:

Similarly, you can use booking tags as a filter on the Statistics page:

2. Tags for customers
Tags for clients can also be created from the reservation detail, by clicking on the icon next to the name of the booker:
The tags you assign to the customer, can be used as a filter for searching your clients. In this way ZaK will show you only bookings of customers with that tag. You can proceed from the following section:

3. Tags for rooms
The rooms can be grouped or distinguished thanks to the creation of labels, from the following section:

Room labels can also be used to filter your search at Reservations > Search and Reports > Statistics.
Room labels are also essential in case you need to enable the multi-property setup for the Istat and Police Report.

Finally, you can also use those tags to filter the research for your payments, so that the system shows you only payments related to rooms containing that tag:

4. Tags for extras
In ZaK you can define tags for your extras from the following section:
