The Movements report provides a daily view of arriving, departing and in-house customers. To view it, click on the icon 
on the top right and then on "Movements":
Or you can access it directly from the zView, by clicking on the icon 
and then on "Movements Report":

First, at the top you must select the day for which you want to generate the report. You can also filter by room or by arrivals, departures and in-house. You can also choose to report with remarks or not. Depending on the parameters you set, you will see the printable report below.
For example:
As you can see in the image above, for each day the report shows how many meals you'll have to prepare for that day (such as 1 breakfast and 1 dinner):
In addition, for each customer the report shows:
- the reservation code
- the origin of the reservation (planner, youbook, ota, etc)
- the unpaid amount, if any
- the reservation board (RO, BB, HB, FB, AI)

extra meals, in addition to the reservation board
- the booked rooms (type + physical room)
- the number of nights
- the room occupancy
- the names of guests
