It may happen that bookings data that does not match the data on the OTA extranet.
In this case, it may be useful to check the data contained in the Channel Info box on the detail page of each reservation: this information represents the extract of the raw data that are communicated by the booking portal, i.e. the original of all the reservation information in our possession.
If the booking details do not match the channel manager's or your expectations, please check OTA's extranet for promotions or child rates that are not managed by channel managers. These may change the prices sent by Woodoo.
