In this Kylix section you can create a list of your waiters and quickly send them the link to access Kylix from their mobile device. The page can be reached via the following link:

Waiters setup and link sending
To add a new waiter, click on the + on the top right. In addition to his name, you can also define his phone number, email and a color:
The color will be displayed in the Overview, in tables managed by that waiter. Example:
Once created a waiter, you can send him the link via email, SMS or WhatsApp by clicking on the specific buttons next to each one.
If you click on the "Kylix app link" button, you will not send the link to the waiter. You will just access that waiter's link from your browser and see what he sees on his mobile device:
NOTE: You only need to send the link once! In fact, when you update something in Kylix, the waiter's link will be automatically updated.
Once they receive the link, waiters can save it in their device so that they always have it available and do not have to ask for it every time.
Finally, if you remove a waiter from this section (by clicking on the bin icon), their link will no longer work.

From the Overview, click on the three lines on the top right and then on "Kylix Mobile App":
By default you will see a generic link, also accessible via QR code. In addition to the generic link, you can select one of the waiters you have created to view his link. You can access it by clicking on the link or via QR code, so that you can see what the waiter sees on his mobile device:
