ZaK - Mini Site: Web Analytics

Zak provides you with three tracking methods - Google Analytics, Google Gtag and Facebook - to monitor visits to your Mini Site and understand how efficient it is.

These tools mainly use cookies as a tracking system to monitor what you do, which route you take, which steps you reach. It is therefore important that the user accepts cookies when browsing in order to collect data such as:

- the pages visited
- the browser used and the language
- where the user came from
- the user's IP address
- the user's country
- the date and time of the visits, etc.

First of all, it is necessary to have a Google/Facebook account, and then enter the data in ZaK in the following section:

↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Sales > Mini Site > Web Analytics

We'd like to remind you that the analysis of the data will then be carried out in your Google/Facebook account and not in ZaK.

Unlike the tracking for the Online Reception, in this case you do not need to make any intervention on your site, since you have created the Mini Site directly with ZaK! Therefore the configuration of Google Analytics and Facebook is very simple: just enter your data and everything else will be automatic!

1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4

Just click on the gear icon next to Google Analytics 4, enter your Measurement ID (your tracking ID) and save:

2. GOOGLE GTAG

Just click on the gear icon next to Google Gtag, enter your Measurement ID (your tracking ID) and save:

3. FACEBOOK

Click on the gear icon next to Facebook, enter your Pixel ID and save:

! ATTENTION: For all tools, after entering and saving the ID we recommend that you open your site and try to navigate. Then log in to your Google/Facebook account and make sure that the movement is present. This way you can be sure that you have set up the tracking method correctly!

What should I do if I don't see any data in my Google/Facebook account?

In this case, the main causes to be checked could be the following:
- the Google/Facebook ID you entered in ZaK is incorrect
- the user has not accepted the cookies
- you have an AD blocker or Antivirus causing the problem
