This statistics section focuses on data concerning the Channel Manager, meaning the OTAs and Metasearch you have connected.
To access it, click on the top right icon and then "Stats". Now click on the "CHANNELS" tab at the top:

Filters
First of all, remember that you have the filters (both on the left and at the top) described in the specific documentation:
☞ Docs: ZaK - Statistics and filters
However, here you will not find the usual "Group by" field at the top, as these statistics can not be grouped by day, month, year or hot dates. The only available filter is to display data with or without VAT.
Graph
At the top of the page there is a chart which always shows two indicators by default: the number of reservations received from each channel and the number of rooms sold in each channel. However, from the "Data in chart" field you can choose which indicators you want to see:
By clicking on the icon you can choose to hide the graph, if you only want to check the table below.
Table
For the period selected in the filters, the table shows the following indicators:
- Number of reservations: Total number of reservations received from that channel: confirmed, cancelled, no-show, option and offer.
- Rooms Revenue: Revenue generated from the sale of rooms in that channel. It includes VAT and OTA commissions. Extras, meals and city tax are excluded.
- Total Revenue: Total revenue generated from the sale of rooms, extras and meals in that channel. It includes VAT and OTA commissions. City tax is excluded.
- Sold rooms: Number of physical rooms occupied by a reservation coming from that channel.
- ADR: Average daily rate of rooms sold on that channel.
- Reservation Rate (all): Percentage of reservations coming from that channel compared to the total number of reservations coming from the other channels.
Channel ID details
The values explained above are available for each channel you have connected, e.g. Booking, Expedia, Google, Trivago, etc. Below each channel you will also find the list of ID codes. By clicking on the ID code in blue, you will directly access the configuration page of that channel.
Let's take the Booking channel as an example:
-
If you only have one Booking channel, then you will only find one ID. Example:
-
If instead you have several Booking channels, then you will find the ID of each channel. Example:
This way you can see a comparison between that channel and the other channels of the same type. In other words: the percentage of reservations coming from that Booking ID compared to the number of reservations coming from the other Booking IDs.
Finally, for more focus on a specific channel, you can click on "Build Chart" next to each channel:
This way, you will only see the data related to that channel (number of reservations and sold rooms) in the top chart:
