Starting September 1, 2025, the “My Account” page will be the place where you can manage many aspects of the WuBook platform, such as staff access to the account.
Firstly, the login form has been updated, and security has been enhanced, with the requirement to enter an OTP upon login.
The menu on the left side of the page shows the 4 available sections:
-
Dashboard
- General information and miscellaneous warnings
-
Account details
- Personal info of the account's owner
-
Security
- Sub-accounts management (login credentials dedicated to the staff)
- Devices management (latest logins, with associated devices and IP addresses)
- Administration
- Properties management
- Invoices (account expenses)
A common factor found in many sections is the inability to change certain credentials such as email and phone number. To do so, you will need to contact our dedicated support team using the appropriate button.
1. Account details
As the name implies, this section allows you to check and edit the account owner's details:
2. Security
2.1. Accounts management
As already mentioned, from this page you can manage staff access by creating sub-accounts with their own email addresses, passwords, and phone numbers:
In addition, each user will have the option to set their own OTP using dedicated applications, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, LastPass, and many others.
2.2. Devices management
From here, you can monitor the access of all users connected to the account, check operating system and browser versions, IP addresses, and you can also disconnect all devices and ban suspicious ones.
When a device is disconnected, it will be asked to re-enter the OTP, either via traditional methods (email, SMS) or via the Authenticator App.
A banned device cannot access the system as long as it remains in that state.
3. Administration
3.1. Properties
From here, you can view all the properties registered in your account and their details:
3.1. Invoices
Finally, in the Invoices section, you can view all the account's expenses, divided by property.
If no invoices have yet been issued for a property, the page will appear as follows:
