ZaK app F.A.Q. - The app is not working: what to do?

If the ZaK app is not working properly (e.g. it crashes or you can't access it or you can't work on it), there could be several causes. Let's see below all the actions you can take to solve the problem:


  • Close and reopen the app, also log out and log in from the app and enter your credentials again.
  • Another cause could be that the app is not updated. So go to the App Store/Play Store from your device and search for the 'ZaK PMS by WuBook' app. Make sure it is up to date: if you see the UPDATE button, it means that it is not. Click the button and download the latest version.
  • Make sure that the software of your device is updated. If it is not, please update it to the latest version.
  • Empty the cache of the browser used on your device.
  • Try using a different browser on your device, if possible, to see if the problem is browser-related.
  • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app


If this still doesn't solve the issue, we recommend that you try downloading the app to another device and testing whether it is working correctly. If so, then the problem is probably related to some setting on the other device, so you will need to figure out which one. If this is the case, you can contact our Support team, stating whether you have already done all of the attempts listed above and tried from another device.
