In this page you find all the rates already created on ZaK (at Products>Rates section) and you can decide which ones to enable/disable for sale on your site:

Clicking on the name of each rate, on the right you can see your rooms and the buttons to enable/disable the rate for some rooms.

For example, if I don't want to sell the single-use double (DUS) with the Standard rate, I can just click on that rate and disable that product:

PLEASE NOTE: after the Release on 11/02/2021, the most expensive products/rates will be automatically hidden.

How to create a Special Offer?

By clicking on the SPECIAL OFFER section, you can enable a rate as a Special Offer and choose the value of the offer:

Your rate will then be increased by this value, so that it will "look discounted". For example:

So to create a special offer you need to follow these steps:

1. First, create is as a rate at section:

2. Assign prices and restrictions to the new rate via Sytar. Or create an automatic derivation from another rate.

! ATTENTION: The prices you enter must already be those of the offer, which means already discounted.

3. Give the new rate a title and a description, explaining what it includes. Both of these will be displayed on the site during the booking process. If you wish, you can also translate them into different languages. Just go to the rate description section:

4. Enable that rate as a special offer and set the discount value, at section:

Therefore the prices you assigned to the new rate will be shown. And, above the price, the original crossed out price will also be shown, increased by the value you choose in this section. For the value you have 3 options:

• percentage
• fixed per night (the value you choose will be added every night)
• fixed per reservation (the value will be added to the reservation total)

EXAMPLE:

You set your Double room, in the October Offer rate, to cost €150 per night. Then you set it as a special offer, choosing a fixed value per night of 7€.

On your site, if you search for the Double room for 2 nights, you will see it at 300€ already discounted (150€ x 2nights). Above you will see the original price crossed out, i.e. 150€ increased by 7€ per night as you set in the value, so 150€ + 7€ = 157€ x 2nights = 314€.
